Reign on top of WBDA Power Rankings No. 5

Some shakeup in the power rankings this week after Philadelphia Reign knocked off the defending champion Monarchs on their home court. The high-scoring Toledo Threat are also still unbeaten, but should be tested their with their next two games on the road (Milwaukee and Chicago).

There is a new no. 1 in the West as well after Oakland downed the previously unbeaten Phoenix Elite 1's by 19. Milwaukee sit at third spot after another close victory over Chicago.

WBDA Power Rankings (June 25, 2019)

WBDA EAST

  1. Philadelphia Reign (7-0) - handed defending champ first loss
  2. Toledo Threat (6-0) - two straight wins over Detroit
  3. Atlanta Monarchs (5-1) - lost at Philadelphia
  4. Orlando Boom (5-1) - risen to top of competitive Florida teams
  5. Dade County Lady Bulls (6-1) - only loss at Orlando

WBDA WEST

  1. Oakland Rise (4-1) - three game win streak
  2. Phoenix Elite 1's (6-1) - first loss at Oakland
  3. Milwaukee Aces (4-3) - handled Chicago a second time
  4. Chicago Lady Rage (6-3) - close one at Milwaukee didn't go their way
  5. Shreveport-Bossier Knights (2-2) - showdown with Atlanta this weekend
